Huey Yann Thong is a partner in O’Melveny’s Singapore office and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance Practice.

Huey Yann’s practice focuses on banking, structured finance, project finance, and debt restructuring. She has more than 13 years of experience advising major financial institutions and corporations on cross-border financing and debt transactions involving countries across Asia, including China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
