Mangyo Kinoshita

Mangyo Kinoshita is a partner in O'Melveny's Tokyo office and a member of the Transactions Department. He advises on a wide range of general corporate matters, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including consultation on unsolicited and friendly acquisitions, administrative filings and litigation procedures in Japan and overseas deriving from such transactions, other financial transactions, and labor law issues.

Mangyo is admitted to practice in Japan and California and is knowledgeable in SEC and other US governmental procedures as well as such laws and procedures in Japan. He resided in the Firm's New York office from 2005 - 2006 where he represented US and Japanese clients in cross-border M&A and finance transactions and securities offerings. He is also actively involved in pro bono matters.

Mangyo is recommended on Corporate and M&A in the 2011 and 2012 editions of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.  He is also recognized in the 2012 edition of Asialaw Profiles as an "up-and-coming practitioner."
