service recognition awards

O'Melveny recognizes the non-lawyer staff members who have devoted 15 or more years of service to the Firm with a Service Recognition Award. Honorees receive a signed letter from Senior Partner Warren Christopher thanking them for their dedication. Scott Setterberg, Director of Human Resources, said, "It was overwhelming to see all of the employees with such significant years of experience, and how grateful this made them feel."

Assistant Nicki Dolce, who has worked at the Firm 17 years, wrote to Mr. Christopher:

"After attending the service recognition breakfast today, I wanted to share with you that I am thrilled and extremely appreciative of the letter I received that was signed by you. You are a person whom I admire for a solid character accompanied by an endless list of honorable accomplishments. You have given so much to the world in your humble and kind manner and I am happy that we have crossed paths, if ever so lightly. Thank you so much for the letter."
