O'Melveny Ranks #1 for Percentage of Openly Gay or Lesbian Attorneys

O'Melveny has the highest percentage of openly gay or lesbian attorneys among the top 20 of The National Law Journal's ranking of the nation's largest 250 law firms. The results are from a survey sent in December 2006 to all 250 law firms asking them for the number of openly gay or lesbian attorneys working for them. At the time of the survey, a little over 3.1 percent of O'Melveny's US attorneys identified themselves as openly gay or lesbian.
