Andy Terner is a partner in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He represents a broad range of public and private clients in a variety of industries, including education, entertainment, healthcare, real estate, retail and technology. His practice is primarily focused on representing clients in fundamental transactions, including significant acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets transactions. He also frequently provides advice to his clients on corporate governance matters and securities law compliance.
