O’Melveny represented Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. in its acquisition of NeuroLogica Corp., a medical imaging company. O’Melveny negotiated very favorable merger agreement terms for our client, including stringent closing conditions in favor of Samsung, as well as extremely favorable indemnification provisions for the company. The acquisition marks Samsung’s largest acquisition of a US company within the last 15 years.
