Daniel F. Passage is a partner in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Investment Funds and Securitization Practice. He serves as a member of the Firm's Strategy Committee, and previously served for two years as the Co-Head of the firmwide Finance Practice.

Dan has been involved in offerings conducted in Europe and Asia, including offerings of securities listed on major foreign securities exchanges and denominated and payable in foreign currencies, and offerings utilizing offshore entities to achieve tax and other investment objectives. He has represented issuers and underwriters in securitizations in the following asset classes: automobile leases and sales contracts; life settlements and settlements; premium finance loans; annuities; CBOs/CLOs; home equity loans; commercial mortgages; servicing fees and excess spread; residential mortgages; manufactured housing and mobile homes; credit card receivables; timeshare receivables; trade receivables; energy receivables; and trademark license royalties.
Dan has worked on IPOs and secondary offerings of common stock for U.S. corporations, domestic and foreign corporate debt issuances (including convertible debt offerings), and MTN programs. Dan also has represented start-up companies in connection with their early rounds of financing and general corporate matters.
