Denise Raytis

Partner

Denise Raytis is a partner in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Project Development and Finance Practice.  Her practice focuses on infrastructure financing, tax-exempt financing, and project finance and development transactions. Denise has represented underwriters, non-profit organizations, corporations, and state and local agencies in a wide range of financings and development projects. She also has experience in various aspects of US securities law, securitizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
