Erendira E. Rubin

Eréndira Rubin is an associate in O’Melveny's Silicon Valley office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Eréndira counsels a wide variety of employers in cases involving alleged employment discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace injury and safety violations, wage and hour violations, unjust discipline, and wrongful termination. Eréndira defends companies against alleged violations of the National Labor Relations Act and has represented companies in California state court, private arbitration, mediation, and administrative hearings, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
