Framroze Virjee
Partner
Fram Virjee is a partner in O’Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. He concentrates his practice in labor and employment law matters. His practice includes representing employers in employment-related litigation (especially multiparty and class action litigation), collective bargaining negotiations, and arbitrations, and before state and federal agencies. He practices before both state and federal courts and provides preventive labor and employment law advice to clients on an ongoing basis through client counseling, policy and procedure review, and drafting, and extensive in-house training and education on important labor and employment law issues. While he practices in most areas of labor and employment law, the emphasis of Fram's practice has been in the areas of wrongful discharge, discrimination, collective bargaining, and the representation of financial and educational institutions. He has also worked extensively for employers in the aerospace, retail, entertainment, manufacturing, finance, banking, and insurance industries, among others.
