Jennifer DePalma is a counsel in O'Melveny's Silicon Valley office and a member of the Firm's Transactions Department and Capital Markets Practice. Her practice focuses on securities, general corporate and business law as well as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financing, PIPEs, public offerings and intellectual property transactions. Jennifer represents issuers, investors and institutions in entity formation, private placements, public offerings and other capital markets transactions. She also represents buyers, sellers and financial advisors in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.
