Jessica L. Stebbins Bina is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Century City office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation and Entertainment and Media Litigation Practices.
Jessica focuses primarily on complex and media litigation. She was part of a team that successfully defended, in a four-month jury trial, against a multi-million dollar breach of contract claim. Jessica’s experience includes extensive motion practice, appellate drafting, oral argument, costs and fees litigation, discovery, and pretrial investigation. Most recently she was part of a team that successfully litigated one of the largest contractual attorneys’ fees awards in California history.
