Justin Stock is a partner in O'Melveny's London office and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. Justin focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity.

In private equity Justin has acted for firms such as Apollo Management, Goldman Sachs PIA, Coller Capital, Compass Partners and Colony Capital in leveraged acquisitions, reorganizations and secondaries direct transactions.  He also acts for listed private equity vehicles AP Alternative Assets, L.P. and Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited.

On the strategic side Justin has acted on acquisitions and disposals (primarily cross border) for trade buyers and portfolio companies acquiring and disposing of both controlling and non-controllings interests.  He is experienced in both public to private transactions and private mergers.  He has acted on securities transactions including large IPOs, placings, secondary issues and convertible debt issues.  His clients include Apple Inc., Discovery Holdings Limited, RIT Capital Partners plc, Government of Singapore Investments Pte (GIC) and Microgaming Software Systems.
