Katie M. Colendich

Counsel

Katie Colendich is a counsel in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department and Corporate Finance Practice.  Her practice includes corporate and securities law, with a focus on venture capital financings, public offerings, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.  She represents both private and public companies on a variety of matters, including formation, private equity and debt financings, lending arrangements, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, securities offering and general corporate counseling, as well as public reporting obligations for publicly traded companies.  She also represents investment banks, venture capital firms and private equity firms in various securities and transactional matters.
