Ke Geng is a partner in O’Melveny’s Beijing office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice within the Transactions Department. Ke’s experience includes advising on various US and international capital markets and M&A transactions and other general corporate matters for clients spanning a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Ke practiced at another large international law firm.
