Kenneth Yellen is a partner in O’Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds and Securitization Practice.

Ken's practice focuses on complex financing and capital markets transactions, including structured finance, securitization and fund related matters.  His experience includes the representation of issuers, underwriters, placement agents, sponsors, collateral managers, and other market participants, in connection with various asset classes, including structured financial products, collateralized loan obligations, collateralized debt obligations, life settlements, mortgage-related transactions and derivative and repackaged securities.
