Michael Berengarten

Michael Berengarten is an associate in O’Melveny's New York office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation Practice.  Michael has experience in securities, insurance, mass tort, bankruptcy and general commercial litigation, as well as counseling clients regarding internal investigations and investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Michael represents several pro bono clients in a wide variety of matters.
