OMM Attorneys to Speak at HYSTA's "Technology Deals in China" Conference

and Margaret Ikeya will be speaking at the Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association
conference "Technology
Deals in China: Doing Them Right and Remedies If They Go Wrong," to
be held June 8 in Palo Alto, California.
Kassinger, former Deputy Secretary of Commerce, will deliver the opening keynote
address, "The U.S. - China Dialogue on Protection of Intellectual Property
Rights." Panels will include "Understanding the Chinese Intellectual
Property Protection and Enforcement Regime" and "Structuring IP Deals
