O'Melveny, FIPRA and Global Competition Review to Present Conference on EU Antitrust Litigation and Class Actions

On Monday, April 14th, O'Melveny, together with FIPRA and media sponsor, Global Competition Review, will present a half-day conference on "EU Antitrust Litigation and Class Actions: Where is Europe Going and What Can We Learn From the US Antitrust Experience" at the London Stock Exchange. For companies active in Europe, the European Commission’s proposals to encourage damages claims in cartel cases cause major concern. Against the background of recent Member State initiatives and the US experience, this conference will seek to draw preliminary conclusions from the proposals made in the White Paper.
