O’Melveny’s Sibbitt Authors Article on Jobs Act's Impact on IPO Process

O’Melveny’s Eric Sibbitt authored the article “A Smoother IPO Path Under The Jobs Act,” in the May 31, 2012, issue of International Financial Law Review. According to Sibbitt, “the JOBS Act is poised to transform the US IPO market to allow more foreign and domestic companies to go public more quickly at a lower cost, and allow market participants to play a greater role in promoting the success of IPOs by emerging growth companies.” Sibbitt is a partner in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office and a member of the Corporate Finance Practice.
