Nima Amini is a counsel in O'Melveny's Hong Kong office and a member of the Transactions Department and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Nima represents public and private clients in a broad range of acquisition, investment and finance transactions in the U.S. and Asia, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures, strategic alliances as well as general corporate matters. Nima also advises foreign and domestic corporate, private equity and high-net worth clients on U.S. public company disclosure and securities law compliance.

Prior to joining O'Melveny, Nima was an associate in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices of another large international law firm.
