Arkansas Times: Judge Baker Renews Order Blocking Four Arkansas Anti-abortion Laws

Arkansas Judge Kristine Baker has renewed her order blocking enforcement of four state anti-abortion laws, this article reported. O’Melveny, the ACLU, the ACLU of Arkansas, and the Center for Reproductive Rights are representing Frederick W. Hopkins, M.D., M.P.H. and Little Rock Family Planning Services, the only medical abortion provider in the state. Arkansas Times quoted a statement released by the ACLU noting that the order will ensure that essential reproductive health care services remain available in Arkansas while the case continues.
