Bloomberg Law: O’Melveny Adds Williams as Labor, Employment Partner in Dallas

Litigator Kimberly Williams has joined O’Melveny as a partner in Dallas in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. Williams will represent clients in matters such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour litigation and investigations. She will also advise on non-competition, non-solicitation, and trade secret litigation as well as employment issues involving corporate transactional matters.
