ClearGen LLC, a portfolio company of Blackstone Credit’s Sustainable Resources Platform, has acquired a portfolio of partnership interests in 25 wind farms across the United States totaling 1.4 net GW of existing generation capacity. Goldman Sach’s Sustainable Investing Group provided tax equity to ClearGen to support the transaction. O’Melveny & Myers LLP represented Goldman Sachs on the deal.
