Semtech Corporation, a leading global supplier of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms, announced the completion of its acquisition Sierra Wireless Inc., a world-renowned Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider, for US$1.2 billion. The all-cash transaction, which was announced in August 2022, nearly doubles Semtech’s annual revenue. O’Melveny & Myers LLP served as US legal counsel to Semtech.
