Daily Journal: O’Melveny’s Darin Snyder Named “Top Trade Secret Lawyer”

The Daily Journal has named O’Melveny partner Darin W. Snyder to their 2021 list of “Top Trade Secret Lawyers.” The publication called Snyder an “expert in advising technology sector clients on complex trade secrets and patent disputes,” and recognized Snyder’s representation of CareCentrix where he asserted trade secrets misappropriation claims against a former employee who joined a competitor. Snyder “negotiated a deal that put the employee on leave pending a preliminary injunction ruling that he called a ‘highly favorable standstill agreement’ while the case proceeds.” Snyder has overseen more than 30 cases in the past year.
