Leading strategy and information management consultancy Amplifi Group announced a strategic growth investment it received from private investment firm Source Capital. The transaction was announced on June 28. Amplifi was represented by an O’Melveny team led by partner and Texas Corporate Regional Head Whit Roberts and counsel Austin Elder, with support from partners Will Becker and Jennifer Taylor, senior counsel Warren Fox, and associates Sarah Nelson and Eleanor Gilbert.
