Law360: Baltimore Tells Justices To Turn Down Billboard Tax Case

The city of Cincinnati appealed an Ohio Supreme Court decision removing a billboard tax levied by the city to the US Supreme Court. Cincinnati said the justices should accept its petition because of two conflicting billboard tax decisions by state high courts in Maryland and Ohio. Cincinnati noted that its billboard tax is content-neutral and does not target certain speech, but that the justices should decide. Cincinnati is represented by Michael R.
