Finance and restructuring lawyer Greg Campbell has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in its Corporate Finance Practice Group in London. Campbell, who brings O’Melveny’s partner count in London to five, advises public and private companies, banks, and private equity and credit funds on cross-border acquisitions and leveraged finance, real estate finance, restructuring, and distressed and special-situations transactions. ‘O’Melveny is an incredible law firm with an offering in London that is ripe for enhancement, development and growth,” said Campbell.
