Law360: O’Melveny Nabs Ex-Senior USPTO Official In DC

Law360 reported that O’Melveny has welcomed  William “Tim” Fink, noting that Fink’s experience as the former senior legal adviser to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office director will be leveraged within the firm’s USPTO practice.

Ryan Yagura, chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice, views Fink as an “invaluable asset to our clients on USPTO matters and increasingly complex PTAB petitions.” Yagura shared that Fink “will also help lead high-stakes patent litigation for major clients in district court and before the US international Trade Commission.”
