Mergers & Acquisitions: O’Melveny Hires Julia Schiller From DOJ

Mergers & Acquisitions reported that Julia Schiller, former counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, has rejoined O’Melveny as a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice, based in Washington, DC.
Schiller’s experience includes merger reviews, antitrust litigation, and antitrust investigations, both in private practice and the federal government.
