New York Law Journal: Law Firm Leaders, GCs and Bar Leaders Outline DEI Recommendations in Wake of Affirmative Action Ruling

A group of attorneys, corporate legal departments, and universities–all members of the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on Advancing Diversity–gathered to discuss a report they released recommending how colleges and universities, corporations and law firms, and courts and government entities can preserve diversity following the US Supreme Court’s ruling in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard. O’Melveny chair Bradley Butwin is a member of the task force.
