Reuters: Brazos Electric Seeks Bankruptcy Court Ruling on Winter Storm Energy Prices

Brazos Electric Power Cooperative Inc has asked Chief US Bankruptcy Judge David Jones, who is overseeing their bankruptcy, to “determine that Texas’s electric operator applied the wrong pricing mechanism for electricity used during the state's historic winter storm that left millions without power.” Brazos is the largest and oldest electric cooperative in Texas and filed for bankruptcy in March.
