O’Melveny was featured in The American Lawyer’s May 12 edition of its “Litigator of the Week: Runners-Up and Shout Outs” column. The publication highlighted O’Melveny counsel Jason Zarrrow, who made his first argument before the Ninth Circuit defending American Airlines against Age Discrimination in Employment Act claims. The court denied a bid to revive a lawsuit accusing American Airlines of age discrimination in employee retirement programs offered to flight attendants during the pandemic. The O’Melveny team also included partners Mark Robertson and Anton Metlitsky, counsel Kelly Wood, and associates Allison Bader and Rachel Chung.
