O’Melveny has hired Michelle Earley as a partner in its Austin office. The former co-chair of the capital markets and diversity and inclusion teams at Locke Lord, Earley handles corporate and securities matters for public and private companies. She focuses on securities offerings, public disclosures, M&A, and corporate governance. O’Melveny opened offices in Dallas and Austin last summer and now has a total of 44 lawyers—17 partners—in the Lone Star state.
