August 18, 2021

O’Melveny partners Darin Snyder and Brad Garcia, along with counsel Amy Liang and associate Daniel Silverman, contributed an article to The Recorder discussing how the Federal Circuit’s recent opinions supporting the transfer of patent infringement suits from the Western District of Texas to more convenient venues can offer insights for courts and litigants on the appropriate analysis for transfer motions.
