O’Melveny advised The CapStreet Group, a Houston-based private equity firm, in the sale of its majority stake of HungerRush, a leading cloud-based software provider for the restaurant industry, to private equity firm Corsair. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The O’Melveny team advising CapStreet was led by partner Angela Olivarez.
