WGRZ-TV (NBC Buffalo): State Confirms 2 Contracts are in the Process of Being Executed Concerning the Future of the Buffalo Bills Stadium

Empire State Development (ESD) has announced a contract with O’Melveny & Myers LLP to help negotiate plans to build a new stadium for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills. The firm, whose contract was approved by ESD’s board at a public meeting in September, was “engaged to provide legal services related to negotiations for the state related to the Bills Stadium.” The Bill’s stadium study will be released soon according to Governor Hochul.
