Chida Named Among New York Law Journal’s 2019 “Distinguished Leaders”

NEW YORK—October 21, 2019—O’Melveny partner Junaid Chida has been named to the New York Law Journal’s 2019 “Distinguished Leaders,” which recognizes lawyers in “leadership roles who achieved impressive results in the past year.”

Chida offers counseling, structuring, negotiating, and deal management guidance on M&A and financing transactions in the domestic and international markets for a wide range of energy, infrastructure, and transportation assets. With a dominant position in the renewable and clean energy space, he has represented tax-equity investors and other clients in a significant portion of all clean and renewable energy deals done in the United States in the past 15 years.
