O’Melveny Acts for ScanSource in Acquisition of Canpango

LOS ANGELES—August 22, 2018—O’Melveny represented ScanSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCSC) in its acquisition of Canpango LLC, a longstanding Salesforce implementation and consulting partner.
The acquisition closed on August 20, 2018. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
ScanSource is a leading global provider of technology products and solutions, focusing on point-of-sale (POS), payments, barcode, physical security, unified communications and collaboration, cloud, and telecom services.
Canpango provides professional services for companies across the globe, including Salesforce solution configuration and implementation, business process consulting, training and education, application development, data migration, and reporting.
