CENTURY CITY—January 16, 2020—O’Melveny represented Skyview Capital, LLC, a Los Angeles-based global private investment firm, in its acquisition of Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc., a leading provider of threat detection and response solutions. The transaction was announced on January 15, 2020. Terms were not disclosed.
Fidelis is a trusted provider of cybersecurity defense to large corporations and government entities. It offers managed detection and response, incident response, data science, and threat research to the company’s wide range of Fortune 1000 enterprise and public sector clients.
Skyview specializes in the acquisition and management of mission critical enterprises in the areas of technology, telecommunications, business services, and manufacturing.
