O’Melveny Selects Rodriguez, Dunham and Tongco for 2023 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

NEW YORK—January 26, 2023—O’Melveny has selected partner Esteban Rodriguez and associates Hannah Dunham and Desirae Krislie Tongco to participate in prestigious 2023 programs with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization comprised of managing partners and general counsel who work together to promote a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive legal profession.

Recently promoted partner Rodriguez has been named to the LCLD’s Fellows Program, which identifies, develops, and mentors the future leaders of the legal industry. The Fellows Program is one of the most prestigious distinguished appointments in legal diversity.

Dunham and Tongco have been accepted into the Pathfinders program, which trains high-performing attorneys with 3-7 years of practice experience in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.

Rodriguez, who is based in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office, is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on defending life sciences and consumer products companies in government investigations and complex matters alleging product liability, unfair competition, and other consumer fraud claims; he also has significant engagement with the Hispanic National Bar Association and chairs the Board of Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. Dunham is a litigator in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office who specializes in white collar defense and healthcare litigation and has a thriving pro bono practice focused on immigration and constitutional law. Tongco, who is based in O’Melveny’s NY office, is also an experienced litigator and trial attorney who represents clients in a wide range of complex business litigation, including mass torts and antitrust merger litigation. She has an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights and family separation cases.
