Alexandra K. Piarino

Alexandra Piarino is a skilled corporate lawyer representing clients in complex commercial and corporate transactions across the entertainment, sports, media and technology industries.

She regularly advises U.S.-based and international clients in a variety of matters related to motion picture and television finance, content acquisition, production and distribution, intellectual property licensing, media rights and corporate sponsorship. She also counsels clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, strategic partnerships and other general corporate matters.

Alexandra’s clients include major motion picture studios, networks, production companies, talent agencies, investment funds and family offices, private equity sponsors, and live event promoters and operators.

Alexandra also maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of content creation, child advocacy and immigration. She also served as co-chair of the O’Melveny Century City summer associate program.
