Andi Hasaj is a corporate counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office. He primarily handles capital markets, general securities and corporate matters.

Andi has experience advising and representing public and private companies, private equity clients and investment banks on a broad range of complex equity and debt capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including initial public offerings and secondary offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, and SPAC and De-SPAC transactions. Andi’s experience also includes providing advice on general corporate and Exchange Act matters.

Andi’s experience includes representing:

  • Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc., the ultimate owner of the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball Club, in connection with its offering of Series C common stock
