Craig Bloom focuses his practice on complex civil disputes involving intellectual property, antitrust, and contract matters in the areas of entertainment, finance, and insurance.  Craig also devotes significant time to the firm’s pro bono efforts.  His recent pro bono work includes obtaining from the state private placement and tuition for a child with severe learning issues.

  • Defending a major film studio in federal court against claims for copyright infringement and breach of contract based on the production and distribution of critically acclaimed animated motion picture.
  • Representing a large insurance company in contract disputes involving coverage for environmental pollution at various sites in the Northeast.
  • Representing a major financial institution in complex commercial litigation involving successor-liability claims in state and federal courts around the country.
  • Represented legendary boxing promoter in antitrust and unfair competition lawsuit against famous boxing magnate.
  • Represented financial institutions as underwriters in shareholder securities class actions and derivative actions in federal court.
