Chi L. Huynh is a counsel in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.  She has significant experience representing a broad range of corporate, private equity, and public company clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, equity investments, project development, corporate finance and general business and governance matters.

Prior to joining O'Melveny, Chi practiced in the Century City office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and the Los Angeles office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
