- Served on the trial team that secured a defense verdict for Discus Dental and three of its individual shareholders, who were sued by a Discus shareholder and a former officer and director of the company for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. - Represent clients regularly in designing, implementing, reviewing, and sometimes overhauling FCPA compliance policies, programs, and documentation procedures, as well as providing training sessions to educate clients’ employees and prospective employees on company policies and applicable laws and regulations. This year alone, Grant has counseled four separate companies in connection with these tasks.
