David also focuses on strategic mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, buy outs, venture capital and growth equity investments, divestures and spin-outs, joint ventures, cross border M&A and special situations. In his role as general counsel, David took the lead in negotiating software licenses, technology collaborations and other intellectual property-based transactions and joint ventures, as well as all licensing and other agreements with customers, focusing on big data and analytics and outsourced services. David oversaw the legal function for all of 7’s operations globally, including at development and services centers in India, the Philippines and Central America, on intellectual property protection, labor and employment matters, and dispute resolution.
