Kayla Tanaka is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office.

Kayla has represented clients in financings and other investments, in formations and reorganizations, and in mergers and acquisitions. Her corporate advisory experience also extends to counseling on IP, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kayla completed judicial clerkships on the California Court of Appeal and Superior Court of California.
