Rayna Sparkes represents public and private companies and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, financings, commercial transactions as well as general corporate matters. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including, clean energy, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing, oil and gas, semiconductor, software, and other technology industries.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Rayna advised on corporate transactions as an associate attorney at two Silicon Valley-based law firms.  Rayna formerly served as a law clerk at the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.
